We moved from out of state to be closer to our family that live in the Indianapolis area. So, other than knowing the general location where we wanted to live, we were open to several possibilities. From our first call with Jennifer, we knew we had chosen the best agent to work with through the process. She took us to several neighborhoods and homes that first day listening to our likes and dislikes to modify the search. By the second day of our three-day home search trip, we had found the neighborhood and a couple of homes that we thought would more than meet what we were looking for. Jennifer made some excellent points for things we hadn’t thought about and provided additional things to keep in mind.
After returning to our previous home, Jennifer and the Onward Realty crew were only a phone call away to answer any additional questions. She also visited a few more homes with our daughter and through video-calling we were able to make our ultimate home-buying decision.
Once we were under contract, Jennifer and the crew at Onward Realty always kept us informed on all the processes and procedures that took us to and through a very smooth closing.
