I serve as the Director of Marketing and Operations, working behind the scenes to support our agents and deliver a seamless, high-level experience for our clients. I play an active role in cultivating new client relationships, developing and executing all listing marketing, growing our online presence, managing direct mail campaigns, and nurturing relationships with past and current clients. My goal is to ensure every touchpoint reflects consistency, professionalism, and care.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University and have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1999. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many roles—including listing agent, buyer’s agent, transaction coordinator, and marketing professional—which has given me a well-rounded understanding of every facet of the real estate process. This experience allows me to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and support both our team and clients at a high level.
Customer service is incredibly important to me, and I’m deeply committed to serving others both professionally and within the community. I am a past member of the Board of Directors for the Realtor Foundation and the founder of the nonprofit Dylan’s Super Friends, which reflects my passion for giving back and making a meaningful impact.
I live in Fishers, Indiana with my two children and am proud to serve the community I call home. Whether I’m supporting our agents, assisting clients, or answering questions along the way, I’m always ready to help and ensure every experience is handled with care, professionalism, and integrity.
