With more than 35 years of experience in residential real estate, I bring a steady, relationship-driven approach to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions. My team and I have helped over 2,000 families buy and sell homes throughout the Indianapolis area, earning the trust of our community one relationship at a time. My background includes decades of selling homes, managing offices with up to 225 agents, and serving as a former RE/MAX franchise owner. I’ve also held leadership roles with the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® (MIBOR). As a Ramsey Trusted Advisor, I focus on helping clients make smart, financially sound real estate decisions that support their long-term goals. Outside of real estate, my wife and I share our home with two dogs—Golden Retriever Maxine and our rescue, Goldie—and our cat, Scout. In my free time, I enjoy golf, pickleball, home renovation projects, and flying as a licensed private pilot whenever the opportunity arises.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana State University and my Master’s Degree from Butler University. After nine wonderful years in elementary education as a teacher and assistant principal, I followed my passion for helping families in a new way and became a full-time REALTOR®. In addition to hospitality, I’ve worked in the professional flooring and construction industry, where I gained valuable knowledge of construction technology, design, and the inner workings of homes. This hands-on experience sharpened my problem-solving abilities, strengthened my negotiation skills, and allows me to provide clients with added insight when evaluating properties, upgrades, and potential value. As a resident of Indianapolis, I have extensive knowledge of the cities, neighborhoods, and communities throughout Central Indiana. Growing up in a family that moved frequently taught me adaptability, resilience, and the importance of creating a space that truly feels like home. I graduated from Noblesville High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Today, I bring a strategic, design-forward, and detail-driven approach to helping homes stand out and sell. With a strong background in business, marketing, and interior design, I understand how positioning, presentation, and thoughtful preparation directly impact a home’s marketability and final sales price. I work closely with sellers to provide guidance on staging, layout, design choices, and pre-listing improvements that help maximize appeal and attract the right buyers. My experience in interior design—spanning hospitality and high-end residential projects—has trained my eye to see a home through the lens of today’s buyer. I know how to highlight architectural features, improve flow, and create spaces that feel warm, functional, and inviting. Combined with my marketing expertise, I help ensure each listing is presented with intention, professionalism, and a strong visual story across all platforms. Family remains at the heart of everything I do. I am married to Jeremy Ross, have a wonderful bonus daughter, Shelby, and our baby dog, Jethro Bodine.
