In addition to hospitality, I’ve worked in the professional flooring and construction industry, where I gained valuable knowledge of construction technology, design, and the inner workings of homes. As a resident of Indianapolis, I have extensive knowledge of the cities, neighborhoods, and communities throughout Central Indiana. I serve as the Director of Marketing and Operations, working behind the scenes to support our agents and deliver a seamless, high-level experience for our clients. I play an active role in cultivating new client relationships, developing and executing all listing marketing, growing our online presence, managing direct mail campaigns, and nurturing relationships with past and current clients. My goal is to ensure every touchpoint reflects consistency, professionalism, and care. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University and have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1999. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many roles—including listing agent, buyer’s agent, transaction coordinator, and marketing professional—which has given me a well-rounded understanding of every facet of the real estate process. This experience allows me to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and support both our team and clients at a high level. Customer service is incredibly important to me, and I’m deeply committed to serving others both professionally and within the community.
