With over 30 years of experience in real estate administration and operations, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to support successful agents and create exceptional client experiences. My background spans multiple markets, including Indiana, Tennessee, Michigan, and Louisiana, and has been shaped by a career dedicated to building strong systems, teams, and relationships.
For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside Team Endicott, serving as Director of Operations and helping support the team’s growth from approximately $9 million in annual sales volume to over $29 million. Today, I’m proud to continue that work as part of Onward Realty Partners, following Team Endicott’s decision to join forces with Onward Realty Partners—bringing together shared values, proven leadership, and a commitment to putting clients first.
I’m passionate about helping navigate the details behind the scenes so that buying and selling a home feels as smooth and stress-free as possible. I also take great pride in supporting our agents so they can focus on what they do best: serving clients at the highest level. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and volunteering at a local wildlife refuge.
